I understand that not all clients are the same. Some like their Realtor to be straight and to the point while others need someone who can explain all the details. As a Realtor who meets with many different people from day to day, I understand and appreciate each client's needs and wants. Although this is true, I know each person wants the same thing - Quality. Quality is something that I strive to deliver to each and every one of my clients. My specialty is Residential Sales. I pride myself on providing information to my clients in a way they may understand it even if it's their first time hearing it. I also can appreciate keeping buyers updated. I know lack of communication plays a huge part in breaking down any relationship. I strive to keep the information flowing to ensure my clients know what's happening even if there is nothing happening. Born and raised in East Tennessee, I love all it has to offer with scenic mountains and beautiful lakes. Majoring in Marketing, I graduated from East Tennessee State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration. I have earned the Certified Residential Specialist, Graduate of the Realtor Institute, Senior Real Estate Specialist, Real Estate Negotiation Expert, Seller Representative Specialist,  Accredited Buyers' Representative, Military Relocation Professional, At Home with Diversity, and the e-Pro designations.
